Who should limit their consumption or abstain from drinking Red Bull Energy Drink?
Children: One 250 ml can of Red Bull Energy Drink contains 80mg of caffeine, about the same amount as in a cup of coffee. People have different acceptance levels of caffeine, therefore the daily consumption of Red Bull Energy Drink should conform to a person's intake of caffeine. However, in general children should consume less caffeine than adults due to their lower body weight. This is why we do not recommend Red Bull Energy Drink to children.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women: Medical doctors generally advise women to reduce their caffeine consumption during pregnancy and lactation. Therefore, we advise pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers to limit their intake of caffeine.
Caffeine-sensitive persons: Some people are sensitive to caffeine. Due to the caffeine content of Red Bull Energy Drink, caffeine-sensitive people should abstain from drinking Red Bull Energy Drink.
Sensitivity levels vary from person to person. We therefore list all ingredients, including the caffeine content, on the can.
